Club rules

At PowerMind Boxing, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and motivating environment where everyone can grow, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. By becoming a member of our club, you agree to the following rules and values.

1. Respect

  • Respect coaches, members, and visitors at all times.

  • Everyone is equal within our club, regardless of age, gender, background, religion, or experience level.

  • Bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We support and encourage one another as one team.

2. Punctuality

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of training.

  • Late arrivals should wait at the side of the gym until the coach gives permission to join the session.

  • If you cannot attend a training session, please inform your coach whenever possible.

3. Safety

  • Always follow the instructions of the coaches.

  • Train responsibly and show respect to your training partners.

  • Adjust your strength and intensity according to the age, experience, and skill level of your partner.

  • Inform your coach about any injuries or medical conditions before training.

4. Personal Hygiene

  • Wear clean sports clothing during training.

  • Keep your hands and feet clean.

  • Fingernails and toenails should be kept short.

  • Any cuts or wounds must be properly covered.

  • Good personal hygiene is expected out of respect for your training partners.

5. Clothing and Equipment

  • Wear appropriate sportswear during training sessions.

  • Remove jewelry, watches, and other accessories before training.

  • After the trial lessons, members are expected to purchase their own equipment.

  • Club equipment must be treated with care and returned after use.

6. Food, Drinks, and Mobile Phones

  • Water is allowed during breaks.

  • Chewing gum, food, and sweets are not permitted during training.

  • Mobile phones should remain on silent mode during classes.

  • If you are expecting an urgent call, please inform the coach beforehand.

7. Health and Substance Use

  • Do not train if you are sick or have an injury that could worsen through exercise.

  • Alcohol, drugs, and performance-enhancing substances are strictly prohibited.

  • We promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

8. Use of Boxing Skills

Boxing techniques and skills learned at PowerMind Boxing must only be used in a sporting and respectful environment.

Any misuse of boxing techniques outside the club may result in suspension or permanent removal from the club.

9. Membership and Payments

  • Membership fees must be paid on time.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of long-term injury or medical circumstances, temporary membership suspension may be discussed with the club.

  • Members under the age of 18 require parental or guardian permission.

10. Photos and Social Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during training sessions or events for promotional purposes.

Members or parents who do not wish to appear in photos or videos can inform the club at any time.

11. Parents of Youth Members

  • Parents are encouraged to support a positive sporting environment.

  • Coaches are responsible for decisions during training sessions.

  • Respectful communication between parents, coaches, and club management is expected at all times.

12. Seniors and Recreational Members

PowerMind Boxing welcomes participants of all ages.

Our senior and recreational programs focus on:

  • Staying active and healthy

  • Improving fitness and endurance

  • Developing coordination and mobility

  • Building confidence and social connections

Everyone trains at their own pace and according to their own abilities.

14. Final Provisions

The club rules may be updated when necessary.
